Description

The WR HS straightening roll series is designed to guide and straighten material being processed through straighteners in demanding applications and can be used in other applications and devices.

The straightening rolls HS are prepared for resisting high speeds and have an outer ring of hard metal with segregated bearings for long wear life. As an option, alternative roll materials or specific coatings can be realized.

Rolls in the WR HS series are available in five sizes at the present time. This roller suits a wide variety of applications; and they are available with both vee grooves as well as “U” grooves. On  a custom basis, other types of profiles are also possible.

This high quality and robust German quality designed roller is suited for wire applications but also is used for tubing, cable and other materials.
