Description

The WR HL straightening roll series is designed to guide and straighten material being processed thru straighteners in demanding applications. They can also be used in other applications and devices.

These rolls are prepared for resisting high loads and have an outer ring of hard metal with segregated bearings for long wear life. As an option, alternative roll materials or specific coatings are available.

Rolls in the WR HL series are available in five sizes at the present time.

This roller suits a wide variety of applications. They are available with vee grooves as well as “U” grooves. On a custom basis, other types of profiles are possible.

This high quality and robust German quality designed roller is suited for wire applications but also is used for tubing, cable and other materials.
