UR Guide Pulleys

The UR guiding pulley roll is designed to guide material being processed thru upstream and downstream processes. The UR rolls are designed and built in the German tradition of high quality and have a tolerance of 620 DIN. Witels guide roller bearings are generally sealed or shielded on both sides and are lubricated at the factory with high-quality lithium soap grease and extremely adhesive oils which assure a life-lubrication. Witels Albert guide pulley, type UR are recommended for guiding materials up to a maximum of 252mm diameter and are available in five different sizes with hardened steel wheel & mounting bracket. This high quality and robust designed guide is suited for wire applications but also is used for tubing, cable and other materials.
