The KV model is built for applications where many wires are run in close proximity to each other and utilizes a very narrow construction built in the German tradition of high quality. This straightener suits a wide variety of applications and is available in single, double or more planes with an easily added base plate.

This high quality and robust design is suited for material diameters from nearly 0mm to 14mm OD in five different sizes. The KV model has the most common set up with one bank of rolls on one side of the material fixed while the rolls on the other side are adjustable for the best straightening results. This model is available in 5 and 7 rolls per unit and utilizes a quick scissor type opening which again reduces space and eases stringing up of material. The KV model is most commonly used in wire applications but also can be used for tubing, cable and other materials.

We use the highest quality roller bearings and vee grooves are standard, other profiles are available on customer request. We offer a number of roll type possibilities for specific applications to tailor to unique demands including sleeved roll with outer rings in different materials like stainless steel, PET plastic and hardened steel. There are many options available and one of the more valued is the digital roller position indicators that substantially reduce set up time.
