The EBH model is engineered for flat wire or strip material and is used often in conjunction with the EB model for both cast and camber straightening and is built in the German tradition of high quality.

This straightener suits a wide variety of applications and is available in single, double or more planes with an easily added connection bracket. This high quality and robust design is suited for material dimensions 0.3mm to 4mm thick by 3mm to 70mm wide in seven different sizes.

The EBH model has the most common set up with one bank of rolls on one side of the material fixed while the rolls on the other side are adjustable for the best straightening results. This model is available in 5 or 7 rolls per unit and utilizes a quick opening cam for easy stringing up of material. This is most commonly used in wire applications but also can be used for tubing, cable and other materials.

We use the highest quality roller bearings and cut grooves to customer’s demand. We offer a number of roll type possibilities for specific applications to tailor to unique demands including sleeved roll with outer rings in different materials like stainless steel, PET plastic and hardened steel.

There are many options available and one of the more valued is the digital roller position indicators that substantially reduce set up time.
