Description

The BKV model is engineered for flat wire or strip material and is used in thicker and wider materials than the EB model. It is built in the German tradition of high quality. This high quality and robust design is suited for material dimensions 1.5mm to 7mm thick by up to 150mm wide in three different sizes.

The most common set up of the BKV model will have one bank of rolls on one side of the material fixed, while the rolls on the other side are adjustable for the best straightening results.

This model is available in 7 and 9 rolls per unit and utilizes a scissor type quick opening mechanism for easy stringing up of the material. This model is most commonly used in flat wire applications, but also can be used for some other materials.

We use the highest quality roller bearings. We offer a number of roll type possibilities for specific applications to tailor to unique demands including sleeved rolls with outer rings in different materials like stainless steel, PET plastic and hardened steel.  There are many options available. The digital roller position indicators that substantially reduce set up time are supplied as standard.
