This AR unit is designed for helping remove edge burrs from slit flat coiled material caused during the shearing or slitting operations.

This high quality and robust design is suited for material from up to 10mm thick to 150mm wide and is made in two different sizes.

The AR is most commonly used in strip material applications, but also can be used in some other operations. We use the highest quality roller bearings and hardened roll sleeves as standard. We offer a number of other roll type possibilities for specific applications to tailor to unique demands including sleeves in different materials like stainless steel and others.  There are many options available and one of the more valued is the digital roller position indicators that substantially reduce set up time.
