Description

The GB RS straightening roll series complete with axle is designed to guide and straighten material being processed thru straighteners in demanding applications and can be used in other applications and devices. The straightening rolls can be re-greased and are prepared for resisting high speeds and high loads.

As an option, alternative roll materials or specific coatings can be realized.

Rolls in the GB RS series are available in nine sizes – three in the SL high load version and six in the RS high speed version, at the present time.

This roller suits a wide variety of applications and is available with vee grooves as well as “U” grooves. On a custom basis, other types of profiles are possible.

This high quality and robust German quality designed roller is suited for wire applications but also is used for tubing, cable and other materials.
